KESP™ Civilian Suit

Custom-made for the protection K9 professional trainer. A form-fitting European-cut jacket and adjustable trousers combine low-profile protection with freedom of movement, worn on their own or beneath suitable civilian clothing.

Equipment is not the objective.

K1K9 prioritizes hidden, concealed and low-profile equipment to reduce dependence on obvious training cues. Our approach uses a consistent visual picture, including ordinary clothing, from the earliest development stage appropriate to the individual K9, rather than building the program around a visible sleeve or bulky suit.

This is not a competition-driven philosophy. The objective is a stable, responsive K9 whose behavior remains connected to the handler, the context and clear control, not simply the presence of equipment. Realism must be paired with discrimination, restraint and dependable disengagement.

Deliberate foundations. Consistent presentation. Ongoing calibration. The equipment reflects operational unit experience and the development philosophy K1K9 is bringing to civilian professional programs. These tools support qualified instruction; they do not replace it.

Made for the individual.

Each suit is custom-made to the wearer’s measurements. The form-fitting European cut is intended to support flexibility, dexterity and natural movement without unnecessary bulk.

Low profile. Deliberate protection.

The design uses puncture-resistant protective layers and low-profile, impact-resistant limb padding. Reinforced joint areas combine flexible, breathable materials with movement and comfort in mind.

Reinforced where the garment works.

Flexible reinforced knee pockets incorporate internal padding. An adjustable protective collar can be tightened for a close fit around the neck.

Protection has limits.

Puncture-resistant does not mean puncture-proof. Protective equipment cannot eliminate compression injuries or every risk of penetration. Professional supervision, correct fit and inspection are essential; the design view is not a protective-performance certification.

A secure, adjustable fit.

The waistband combines hook-and-loop adjustment with a reinforced belt and suspender-support system.

Serviceable jacket closure.

The jacket specification includes a replaceable YKK zipper, with a button-closure option. Warranty replacement is subject to the written warranty supplied with the order.

Sensor-ready construction.

Integrated sensor-band accommodation supports recording contact and pressure during professionally supervised assessment. Final sensor configuration and garment fit are confirmed for the individual order.

A clean, unembellished exterior.

Custom embroidery is not offered. The exterior preserves an understated jacket-and-trouser appearance rather than a heavily branded training uniform. The suit may be worn as supplied or beneath suitable clothing, subject to correct fit and unrestricted movement.
