KAIR™ PULSE is the application described in the paper: live session viewing, equipment or body-zone information and the individual K9’s ongoing record.
What does it help a handler understand?
It provides a record of pressure, hold duration and change over time, helping the handler compare sessions against that K9’s own baseline under a consistent protocol.
Does it replace experience?
No. Measurement adds information to professional observation. It does not replace judgment, control assessment, veterinary care or legal advice.
Built from field experience.
No. The founder’s account describes equipment built and used internally by his unit. The paper separately identifies independent accuracy review and future standards work; those are different questions from whether the system exists.
