Clear terms before payment.

The recommended launch policy adds no separate cancellation fee. For a monthly plan, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless access is restricted for a separate valid reason. Monthly pricing does not create an annual payment obligation.

When enrollment is active, use the subscription controls in your Memberful account. If you cannot complete cancellation, email info@kilo1k9.com from your membership email and identify the subscription. We should honor the effective receipt date rather than delay cancellation until a support reply. This route must be tested before billing opens.

Refund windows, treatment of unused annual time and any non-refundable service costs must be clearly published and accepted before payment. The older site’s refund schedules are not adopted by this draft. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be corrected, and refunds required by law remain available. No unspecified cancellation charge or automatic forfeiture is introduced here.

The annual plan is $1,299, charged once per year. It renews automatically at $1,299 unless a future price change is disclosed in advance. Cancel before renewal to stop the next annual charge. Annual checkout remains closed until the cancellation/refund policy and billing configuration are finalized.

If K1K9 discontinues a paid service or cannot deliver access already paid for, the applicable agreement and mandatory law govern refunds for undelivered service. A conduct violation may affect access, but does not automatically erase statutory refund or dispute rights. Lawful billing disputes are not themselves misconduct.

Apparel orders, training seats, canine services and private consultations require their own confirmed scope, price, cancellation or return conditions and written acceptance. A store inquiry or course-interest form does not purchase an item, reserve a seat or authorize a fee.
