The Pro Series serves two very different applicants — the civilian PSD handler who owns a Protection K9 and wants a real standard, and the working professional operating in executive protection, corrections, or government-adjacent detail work. Different questions. Different vetting. Same room.
I want you to hear it from me in my clearest words. I don’t want to know who trained your dog. I don’t want to know where you got your dog from, or even how much you paid for it. What I want to know is — are you one hundred percent confident that your dog, your K9, your Protection K9, is going to do its job and protect you outside of the scenarios you’ve been shown.
I know it’s not easy to read this letter. And I know it’s probably not easy to even come through here with an unbiased mind, because to you, somebody you trusted sold you a K9, promised you many things, and then — depending on how long you’ve had the dog — may or may not have heard from them again.
What this website is for is to not only make available our exclusive High-Performance Giant Schnauzers, but to be a portal — a resource, an answer, or a pointing you in the right direction — so that you can get your answers about your Protection K9.
You see, one of the most important things I understand and realize and appreciate about the individuals who buy a Protection K9 is that in your mind, you are protecting your most precious asset — your family, your home, you. But when I see the word “Protection K9,” the only thing that comes to mind for me isn’t the dog. It isn’t the title. It’s what is behind the dog and the title. Is it a family? Is it your children? Is it your home that you’re putting behind this K9 — betting everything on the farm that this dog is going to be able to work outside of the box that you’ve been shown or given?
I don’t care how good you say your dog is, because you’re here for a reason. You’re reading this letter for a reason. And so, as I tell everybody who asks “what is the best dog” or “who has the best dog,” it isn’t my dog for you — it’s your dog for you. You have the best dog if you’ve chosen to spend the resources, the time, the love, the caring to have a dog in your house — to tell people, or maybe not tell people, but in your mind have a dog that’s going to protect your household. That is the most important thing for me.
I’m here to share information. And if, after seeing this information, you want to take your dog and make sure that he is absolutely at the highest operational capability he was supposed to be — I’d like to help you. I’d like a team of ours to help you.
Right now, as you go through this website, you may be thinking a number of different things. Have we been lied to? Have we been deceived? Do we even know if our dog can really do the things that this handler is saying? And the truth is — these are some tough self-auditing questions that need to be answered one way or another. I’ll help you answer them. Without judgment. Without the fear of ridicule. I’ll help you and give you a realistic operational capability of your K9 and what they can do — because in the world of violence that we live in, kinetic engagement can be very fast. It can be very violent. And it can also be unforgiving.

If you’re a PSD officer and you have a K9 with you, a couple things I’d like to say. Being part of the security detail in the detection aspect is a skilled and specialized area — it is often reserved for what we call the exterior ring of the security. If you’re a PSD officer and that’s what you do, you’re doing an excellent job.
If you want to take the next steps and go from a detection handler and the use of your K9, and up your skill sets with your K9 in PSD work — this is the form for you.
What you’re going to find here is information not to put you down, or to say it’s better. We’re going to give you information that has worked for us when we work with the K9 hand-in-hand to anticipate potential threats to the principal and/or the package. Many of these schools have been withheld from the general public.
