10 / K9 RED CELL EVALUATION CONSULTING
Claims are not capability.
Demand documented evidence.
Confidential, multi-phase evaluation of the K9-and-handler team. Defined by client requirements. Supported by KAIR™ data, video and documented specialist observations.
THIRD-PARTY K9 ASSESSMENT
We assess performance. Not the provider’s reputation.
We do not need the original trainer’s name, the seller’s identity or the price you paid to begin the evaluation. We need to understand the role your K9 is expected to perform, the concerns you want examined and the relevant behavioral and safety history.
This is not a sales demonstration. It is a structured examination of what the team does under the agreed assessment conditions, including where it falls short.
Individual scope. Limited disclosure. Quote-based engagements. Initial review does not guarantee acceptance.
A clear mandate. No reputation contest.
RED CELL is intended for clients, specialized security teams and organizations that need an evidence-led assessment of a K9 trained by another provider. The client’s security requirements determine the questions, environments and reporting scope.
The original provider can remain unnamed. Relevant training and behavioral history still matter, because an anonymous provider is not a substitute for safe, informed assessment planning.
Independence must be explicit.
Third-party means an evaluation apart from the original provider, not automatic accreditation or a guarantee of impartiality. Relevant prior involvement, commercial interests and potential conflicts must be disclosed before the scope is accepted.
Using KAIR™ supports structured data collection. It does not, by itself, establish independent validation of the technology or prove capability outside the conditions actually assessed.
Confidentiality protects the engagement. Transparency explains the findings.
A multi-phase professional assessment.
- Define the client’s questionsAgree the intended role, concerns, assessment boundaries and report recipients.
- Review readiness and safetyAssess relevant K9 and handler history, suitability, environment permissions and welfare requirements.
- Conduct controlled assessment segmentsEvaluate the team in agreed environments, collecting KAIR™ measurements, video and specialist observations.
- Review and document findingsExamine the evidence, identify limits and produce a confidential report and client debrief.
Realistic does not mean uncontrolled.
Assessment is designed to move beyond familiar, rehearsed equipment demonstrations. Specific scenario details may be withheld from the handler until the exercise, but only within a previously authorized scope and approved safety plan.
Unannounced elements do not mean surprise attacks on uninvolved people. Site permissions, participant consent, qualified supervision, emergency arrangements and K9 welfare are established before assessment.
A team selected for the assignment.
Depending on scope, the assessment team may include professional handlers and trainers, KESP™ specialists, appropriately qualified scenario personnel, technical data specialists or engineers, and veterinary technicians with appropriate veterinary oversight.
Scenario methods, equipment configurations, client locations and security arrangements are not published. Personnel, credentials and responsibilities are confirmed for each engagement.
A report you can interrogate.
The comprehensive client report is structured around the questions agreed before assessment. It should make the basis of every material conclusion understandable.
- Assessment scope: The conditions, environments and questions actually evaluated.
- Measured results: Relevant KAIR™ outputs, measurement conditions and available calibration records.
- Video-supported observations: Recorded behavior linked to the findings, within the agreed disclosure scope.
- Professional analysis: Observed strengths, limitations and differences across assessed conditions.
- Recommendations: Prioritized development needs, handling considerations and any proposed follow-up assessment.
No hidden leap from data to conclusion.
Measured values, observed behavior and professional interpretation are identified separately. Missing evidence, inconclusive findings and conditions not tested should be stated, not concealed behind a confident headline.
The report is delivered to the owner or other authorized recipients named in the agreement, with a professional debrief. Video access, supporting data, retention and permitted sharing are defined before the engagement.
The objective is not to validate a purchase. It is to document what the evidence supports.
An assessment is not a guarantee of future protection, a universal performance rating or a substitute for agency authorization, legal advice or veterinary care.
Confidential by agreement. Restricted by need.
The original provider’s identity and purchase price are not requested in this inquiry. Client identity, locations, records and authorized disclosure are handled under the engagement’s agreed confidentiality terms.
Confidential commercial work is not automatically government-classified. Any actual classified or legally restricted material requires separately approved channels and handling arrangements; do not send it through this website or ordinary email.
International consultation and travel.
Worldwide travel can be considered according to the assignment. Availability depends on the location, permissions, personnel, K9 and equipment transport requirements, insurance and agreed logistics.
Do not arrange travel or assume a deployment is approved before receiving a written scope and confirmation.
Begin with a private scope discussion.
Request an initial consultation and tailored quote. We will define the assessment questions, proposed specialists, locations, consent and safety arrangements, reporting deliverables, confidentiality terms and costs before proceeding.
